RepRecruit, LLC was founded in 2009, and we partner directly with the executives of over 50 of the industry’s top Independent Broker/Dealers, RIA’s and Private Wealth Banks.  We also make merger/acquisition connections between broker/dealers and advisors looking to buy and sell their practice.

Our mission is to provide our clients-  you the advisor and financial representative, with a completely unbiased look at the best independent broker-dealers based on your needs.  We give advisors a complete inside look at technology, pricing, culture, payouts, and arbitration history and provide every piece of information possible to help the advisor or team make the best decision possible-confidentially.

The concept is familiar, but the experience differs from most third-party independent recruiting firms. Many independent recruiting firms have worked in the industry for many years. Still, they have yet to work for an independent broker-dealer as a financial advisor or a broker-dealer recruiter.

A significant portion of our experience comes from working on the inside as a recruiter for firms like the Advisor Group at Royal Alliance,  Associated Securities, Mutual Service Corporation, United Planners, and ML Stern, as well as SecuritiesAmerica and boutique firms such as Financial Advisors of America and SCF Securities.

While RepRecruit, LLC works with independent broker-dealers, it does not work for broker-dealers. Advisors are always the client, and we are vested in landing the best upfront bonus, payout, internal accommodations, and overall payout and transition contract.

Best of all, we are accessible at any level of production and will we ever work on a retainer or recruit for extra compensation. We are performance-based, and our compensation comes from the network of Independent broker-dealers we send referrals to. There are no favorites; broker-dealers pay no more or no less than our standard fee to avoid misleading intentions.

As the CEO and executive recruiter at RepRecruit, I’ve been in the industry for almost 25 years, and while our industry focuses on numbers, I focus on people. Advisors are not just producers; they hold every client’s hopes, dreams, and goals, and I take that seriously.

My wife and I are proud parents of eight wonderful children, with one on the way, and we thank God daily for our business’s continued growth and the blessing the Lord has placed over our family.

We take a comprehensive approach and consult you from start to finish. We begin with talking about your concerns, needs, goals and wants. We take all the information you provide us and compile it against the data we have on the all the firms to match them with your criteria. Then we filter and narrow down your search to the top 2-3 broker dealers and give you a full-unbiased report on all the prospective firms. If you feel that the broker dealers introduced still don’t meet your needs, we will continue your search.   If you like what you hear we begin to make confidential introductions with the top executives of each firm. We then follow up with you and the broker dealer and nurture the relationship through to an offer stage. Once an offer is received we review and negotiate on your behalf-if needed- to land you the best possible contract.

We are not looking for repeat business – referral business YES! – but not repeat business.

Our goal is to find you the right firm the first time and provide you with all the information we can to help you determine the right broker dealer for you and your clients.

We are a performance-based recruiting firm and our recruiting services are at no cost to you! The broker dealers in the RepRecruit network cover all recruiting services on your behalf. We will never charge you a retainer fee nor will we ever charge you if you decide to stay at your current firm or move to a broker dealer outside of the RepRecruit network. We appreciate the opportunity to work with you and will always provide you with all the information we have to help you make the best informed decision-even if you decide not to work with us.

Sure, you can call individual broker/dealers and speak with their recruiters, but you’re only going to hear one story- theirs! They all have the best technology, they all have the best back office support and all have the best platforms for you. And they might, but you won’t know for sure unless you have colleagues or someone that works closely with those broker dealers.

That’s where we come in play. We have placed hundreds of advisors within our network of broker dealers. We have even worked as internal recruiters for some of them. We continuously get feed back from advisors that we have placed and share that information with you.

Our relationship is like an “Agent”, ‘Athlete”, relationship. You the advisor being the athlete and we the recruiters as the agent. We represent you and work for you. You are our client and we have a vested interest to meet and exceed your expectations during your search.
